Fiberglass Bonding Resin
Fiberglass Bonding Resin is designed to achieve a lasting bond (good adhesion) and be flexible. Its blend of ingredients creates the right balance of flexibility and strength necessary to function in changing temperatures and weather conditions.
Fiberglass Bonding Resin is poured directly over the fiberglass cloth, completely saturating the mat and drying to form a waterproof membrane which protects the substrate surface from water leaks.
Texture Bonding Resin
Texture Bonding Resin is blended for strength and toughness.
Texture Bonding Resin (1 gallon) is mixed with 1 bag of mineral aggregate that dries to a rock-like hardness.
This ensures a deck surface that is durable, strong, and rugged enough to stand up to years of changing weather conditions and foot traffic. The textured, high/low patterns provide for firmer footing and better traction.
Top Coat Resin
Top coat is the final resin application in the PRO Deck® system. The resin penetrates
into all the spaces and patterns created by the Texture Bonding Resin and aggregate to ensure a completely sealed and waterproofed deck surface.
Propac
PRO Deck® patching compound acts in the system like a putty or wood filler. It fills holes, voids, etc. to give you a continuous, smooth, level surface that the Texture Bonding Resin and aggregate can be applied to.
Fiberglass Mat
PRO Deck® uses ¾ ounce fiberglass.

A Class "A" Fire Rating can be achieved with a cementatious layer on top of the original plywood subfloor.

NOTE
At the time of recoating, in necessary, work can include the cost of providing for better drainage to avoid puddling. Because the PRO Deck® System seals completely, any moisture trapped in the substrate deck, can overtime cause the deck coating to lift or bubble.
DO NOT COAT OVER WATER SATURATED PLYWOOD. DO NOT USE PRO DECK® RESIN AS A FINAL COAT OR SEALER ON CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS. TIRE MARKS WILL RESULT. CALL FACTORY FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON DRIVEWAY INSTALLATIONS.
